Helmut Körner

Managing Director

Helmut Körner has many years of experience in leading and developing complex organisations in industry, the public sector and IT services.

In senior roles as CIO, CFO, Head of IT and Senior Project Manager, he was responsible for extensive transformation and infrastructure programmes with budgets of up to €70 million as well as organisations with several hundred employees.

In addition, he brings strong commercial steering expertise with a focus on financing, performance management and sustainable corporate development. His focus lies on the operational development of medium-sized businesses, the stabilisation of structures and the targeted unlocking of efficiency and growth potential.

Direct leadership responsibility for up to around 350 employees and functional responsibility across significantly larger organisational setups.
